Tirami su! Handmade pasta and tiramisu evening at Väike Itaalia

Tirami su! is an Italian cooking evening at the Väike Itaalia Trattoria in Haapsalu. Participants first make tiramisu and then prepare their own pasta dough, tagliatelle and filled ravioli. The restaurant's chefs cook the finished pasta, and the evening continues with a shared three-course meal. The programme also includes stories about the origins of pasta and tiramisu. The ticket includes food, drinks and recipes to take home. No previous cooking experience is needed; the organiser has limited the group to ten people. The tiramisu contains raw egg, so if you have an allergy or other dietary requirements, contact the organiser before taking part.
