LEGAL
Subscription Terms
Effective date: 2026
This page is a first draft of the MOST business Subscription Terms, written to cover the standard structure of such terms. It has not yet been reviewed by a qualified lawyer and should not be relied upon as legal advice or a finished contract — especially before any real customer payments are processed.
These Subscription Terms govern the use of the paid subscription plans available to business owners on the MOST platform. Please read them carefully before purchasing any paid subscription.
1. General provisions
MOST gives business owners access to additional platform features through paid subscription plans. Current plans and pricing are published on the For Business page and may be updated as the platform evolves.
2. Subscription plans
The following plans are available:
- Free€0 / month
- Business€29 / month
- Premium€49 / month
The features included in each plan are described on the website and may evolve as the platform develops.
3. Subscription activation
Paid subscriptions become active only after successful payment confirmation. MOST uses Stripe as its payment provider, and payment information is processed directly by Stripe in accordance with Stripe's Privacy Policy and security standards. MOST never stores or processes your payment card details. Until Stripe integration is enabled, selecting a paid plan simply stores your preferred subscription and does not result in any payment.
4. Automatic renewal
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless automatic renewal has been disabled. You may disable automatic renewal at any time through your Business Dashboard. Disabling it prevents future charges but does not affect the subscription period you have already paid for.
5. Subscription cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, access to paid features remains available until the end of the current paid billing period. When that period expires, the account is automatically switched to the Free plan unless another subscription is purchased.
6. Refunds & consumer rights
MOST provides digital services that become available immediately after payment, and checkout will clearly show when delivery of the digital service begins. Where required by European Union consumer protection law, you may be asked to expressly confirm that immediate access may affect your statutory right of withdrawal. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights granted under applicable law — wherever the law grants a refund or withdrawal right, that right always prevails.
7. Price changes
MOST may change subscription pricing in the future. Price changes never affect a subscription period you have already paid for, you will always be informed in advance, and new prices apply only to future billing periods.
8. Account deletion
You may delete your account at any time. Deleting your account cancels future subscription renewals. If an active paid subscription exists, access continues until the end of the paid period unless otherwise required by law.
9. Platform improvements
MOST continuously improves its platform. New features may be added, existing functionality may be updated, and interface elements may change. Such improvements do not constitute a breach of these Subscription Terms.
