Põduste Floodplain Nature and Birdwatching Tower

The Põduste floodplain nature and birdwatching tower stands on the edge of Kuressaare near the Põduste River and overlooks a wet meadow landscape. From the tower you can watch birds resting and feeding on the floodplain and see the river winding through the open landscape. The surroundings of the Kuressaare golf course are also in view. The tower can be reached from the riverbank or along paths from the Sääre road side. It is a good place for quiet nature watching, especially if you want to experience Saaremaa's greener side close to the town centre.
