Lecture “Propaganda and history: can they be kept apart?”

The Narva Central Library hosts the lecture “Propaganda and history: can they be kept apart?”, which looks at how history and public information are connected. The speaker is communications specialist Ivan Lavrentjev. The meeting focuses on how the treatment of history relates to propaganda and how far the two can be told apart. The topic concerns both public communication and the interpretation of historical information. The lecture takes place during the Narva library days and is one of its educational meetings with discussion.
