“Queen of the Night” – Teater Nuutrum

Teater Nuutrum’s production “Öökuninganna” (“Queen of the Night”) comes to the Vaba Lava theatre centre in Narva. Piret Jaaks’s play tells of a meeting between two very different people: Elli, who sang at a famous opera house in her youth, has to cope with life in Estonia after tragic events, until a young social worker, Jakob, appears on her doorstep. The story is both humorous and tragic and touches on feelings, fears and what remains of us. Directed by Jaanus Nuutre, with Ülle Lichtfeldt, Miika Pihlak and Jaanis Valk in the cast. The performance lasts two hours and twenty minutes with one interval.
