On 22 October 2026 at 19.00 the Narva Museum hosts a special screening of the feature film “Musta pori näkku”, organised by the Viru Film Fund. The adventure comedy, inspired by Mihkel Raud’s novel of the same name, deals with the lives of young musicians in the late 1980s. At its centre is 17-year-old Mihkel, who travels with his heavy metal band to their first music festival, and his friend and rival Hendrik. The leading roles are played by Timotheus Sammul, Erik Hermaküla, Erling Eding and Carolyn Veensalu, with several Estonian actors in supporting roles. The film is in Estonian with English subtitles and lasts 1 hour 30 minutes. The programme of the special screening also includes a film quiz. The Viru Film Fund organises the screening in cooperation with the Integration Foundation; participation is free, but prior registration is required.
