Tõstamaa Manor

Tõstamaa Manor is a historic manor house in the small town of Tõstamaa, part of the city of Pärnu in Pärnu County. A school operates in the pinkish-fronted building, but on an arranged visit you can also learn about the manor's history and see its rooms. Surviving wall and ceiling paintings and an imposing staircase give the interiors a special character. Beside the manor is a protected park with a large old oak. In summer visiting hours are longer than usual; at other times entry must be booked in advance. That makes it a good fit for a day combined with other stops on the Tõstamaa peninsula.
