Barbara is a restaurant on Pühavaimu street in central Pärnu where the whole menu is completely gluten-free and lactose-free. Even the freshly baked pastries, breads and cakes the restaurant is known for are made without gluten and lactose, so guests with coeliac disease or lactose intolerance can eat here with confidence. The menu follows the seasons and uses as much local produce as possible to reflect the variety and freshness of Estonian nature. In summer there are two terraces: a more private inner terrace for a quiet evening and a street terrace that opens straight onto the summer bustle of Pärnu. The drinks list features craft drinks from small Estonian producers, refreshing soft drinks and international classics.
