Barbara is a modern restaurant in the heart of Pärnu featuring vibrant signature cuisine and a relaxed atmosphere. The menu is built around seasonal and local ingredients, combining European gastronomic traditions with light Asian accents. Here you can enjoy fish and seafood dishes, venison and duck, fresh salads, tartars, vegetable dishes, and original desserts. A special feature of Barbara is its completely gluten-free and lactose-free menu: even the bread, pastries, and desserts are prepared following this concept. Vegetarian and vegan options are also available. In summer, two terraces are open: a quiet courtyard terrace and an open street terrace that lets you experience the atmosphere of summer Pärnu. The drink menu features wines, international classics, and beverages from small Estonian producers.
