Arvo Pärt Centre

Arvo Pärt Centre

The Arvo Pärt Centre is a music and cultural centre in the pine forest of Laulasmaa, bringing together the composer Arvo Pärt’s personal archive, permanent exhibitions, a library and a concert venue. Visitors can immerse themselves in Pärt’s world of ideas and his tintinnabuli method of composition, look at manuscripts and listen to his music with an audio guide. The centre also screens a short documentary, and the building houses a chamber concert hall, a café and a chapel. From May to the end of September, a viewing tower rising above the Laulasmaa pine forest is also open to visitors.
