NOA sits in Pirita, right on Tallinn Bay, and pairs modern European cooking with a panoramic view of the sea and the city skyline. Large windows and a terrace make it especially good for dinner at sunset. The current seasonal menu uses Estonian produce, with fish, vegetable dishes and desserts, and there is a separate menu for children. The three-course seasonal menu costs €51.
