The concept combines modern gastronomy with history: some ideas trace back to Lydia Grünmann Holm's 1925–1926 recipe book, and the open kitchen allows guests to watch the team at work. The current menu features meat and fish dishes as well as individual vegetarian options, and tasting and children's menus are also available. Hõlm is included in the MICHELIN Guide 2026 selection. It is a suitable venue for a peaceful dinner and a more gastronomic introduction to Tartu.
