“Abruka sõda” is a Kuressaare Theatre production performed on 27 December at the theatre house on Tallinna Street in Kuressaare. Aarne Mägi’s play draws on the story of Abruka island as relayed by Ülo Tuulik, in which events of the past affect the lives of later generations. Old memories and unresolved conflicts break into the everyday life of an apparently peaceful island community. Directed by Aare Toikka, with Lauri Kink, Tanel Ting, Jürgen Gansen, Luisa Lõhmus and Piret Rauk in the cast. The one-act performance lasts about 1 hour 20 minutes and is intended for adult audiences.
