Training “Creating Planting Areas” with Evely Ustav

On Saturday 31 October 2026 from 12.30 to 15.30 a training course on designing planting areas takes place at the conference centre of the Asa Spa Hotel in Kuressaare. Trainer Evely Ustav presents the principles of planning, creating and long-term development of planting areas. Topics include how well plants suit each other, how to link a planting area with the rest of the garden, and how different plants affect the garden’s appearance and maintenance needs. Practical topics include soil preparation, choosing planting density and placing plants. Drawing on her experience, Evely Ustav also introduces plants that can be used to design a complete planting area. The participation fee is 35 euros and includes a coffee break and PDF materials sent by e-mail after the training. The registration form must be filled in by 28 October 2026.
