The Cripple of Inishmaan

“Inishmaani igerik” (“The Cripple of Inishmaan”) is Martin McDonagh’s darkly comic play, brought by Ugala Theatre to Salme Cultural Centre in Tallinn on 25 November. The story is set on a small island off the coast of Ireland, where laughter covers pain, loneliness and hopelessness. The director is Diana Leesalu, the translation is by Anne Lange, and the cast includes Aarne Soro, Alden Kirss, Andres Tabun, Garmen Tabor, Jass Kalev Mäe, Luule Komissarov, Margaret Sarv, Riho Kütsar and Terje Pennie. The show lasts 3 hours 25 minutes including an interval.
