“Laanemoor” is a puppet show by the Marionett Puppet Theatre at the Salme Kultuurikeskus in Tallinn. Harri Vasar’s play combines thoughts from the Brothers Grimm fairy tale “The Goose Girl at the Well” and Shakespeare’s “King Lear”. The mysterious Laanemoor, who lives deep in the forest, helps those in need and leads the viewer to a story where a king and his three daughters meet. The show is about love, justice, mercy and understanding the real meaning of words. The story, told with marionettes, lasts 45 minutes and takes place in the puppet theatre hall on the second floor of the cultural centre.
