Nina Lighthouse

Nina Lighthouse is located in the village of Nina, in the Peipsiääre municipality, Tartu County, on the shores of Lake Peipsi. The reinforced concrete lighthouse, built in 1938, is 11 meters high and marks the maritime history of the lakeside. The site is suitable for walking, during which one can see the lighthouse from the outside and the vast landscapes of Peipsi. The nearby village and lake provide an opportunity to connect the stop with other attractions of Peipsiääre. The lighthouse can be viewed from a distance: public access or the possibility to climb the tower is not confirmed by the source. Lakeside conditions can change rapidly with changing weather.
