#SkytteTalks: „Kes või mis meid ohustab ja kuidas KAPO meid kaitseb?“

The Johan Skytte Institute of Political Studies at the University of Tartu hosts a public security-themed lecture given by Margo Palloson, Director General of the Estonian Internal Security Service (KAPO). The meeting takes place on 3 November 2026 in the Lossi Street teaching building and is part of the #SkytteTalks lecture series. The talk looks at threats affecting Estonia’s security and the work of the security police in preventing them. It also covers the resilience of society, people’s sense of security and the importance of trust between the state and society. The discussion after the talk is moderated by Piret Ehin, Professor of Comparative Politics at the University of Tartu. The event is held in Estonian and is intended for students, university staff and other listeners interested in security issues.
