The astronomy lecture “Tähe teekond läbi galaktika” takes place on 20 October at the Tartu observatory tower on Toome Hill. Rain Kipper, associate professor of astrophysics at the University of Tartu, explains where and how stars are born and what their journey through the galaxy may look like. The lecture starts at 18.15, lasts one hour and, according to the organiser, is free of charge.
