Exhibition Tour with Kaupo Kikkas

A tour of the exhibition led by photographer Kaupo Kikkas takes place on 1 November 2026 at 13.30 in the Vanemuine Concert Hall in Tartu. During the tour the author presents his exhibition “Klassikalise muusika portree” and talks about capturing musicians in photography. Kaupo Kikkas has worked with classical music portrait photography for about a quarter of a century, and his photos have been used in the design of more than a hundred albums. The exhibition focuses on portraits of performers and on the interaction between the photographer and the person photographed. The tour is held in Estonian, and participation is free of charge. The same day at 15.00 a separate All Souls’ Day concert with its own ticket takes place in the concert hall, featuring the Estonian National Male Choir, Elina Nechayeva and Ulla Krigul.
