To the Countryside for Christmas

“To the Countryside for Christmas” is a Christmas production by the Children's and Youth Theatre REKY at Pärnu Concert Hall. In Kadri Paldra's story, a girl used to city life goes to her grandmother's in the countryside before Christmas. At first the new surroundings seem boring to her, and her grandmother's childhood memories feel distant. But unexpected encounters turn the visit into an adventure and help her discover a different way of looking forward to Christmas. The one-hour fairy-tale performance is recommended for children from the age of three. Every visitor needs a ticket; for school and kindergarten groups every eleventh ticket is free.
