"The Potato Rebels" is a musical family production performed in the small hall of Ugala Theatre in Viljandi. Magnus Lindman's story centres on a potato whose journey begins at the foot of the Andes and leads through different countries and eras to the Estonian dinner table. The fun and educational performance brings together historical figures, peasants, and friends and enemies of the potato. Liis Aedmaa is the director and translator, and Marika Palm, Rait Õunapuu and Vallo Kirs are on stage. The one-act performance lasts 70 minutes, and the theatre recommends it from age five.
