The concert production “Everyone Has Their Own Instrument” takes place at the Viljandi Folk Music Barn and introduces schoolchildren to Estonian folk instruments and the traditions of playing them. The production weaves historical and humorous stories together with music, showing the instrument's meaning as a carrier of community, identity and cultural memory. On stage are folk music students and graduates from several Estonian music schools. Bagpipes, kannel, violin, guitar, accordion, jaw harp and song can be heard. The programme lasts one hour and 15 minutes, and Kultuuriranits support can also be used to attend.
