The Viljandi Seasaare Theatre’s crime comedy “Sherlock Holmes ja tabamatu kõrva juhtum” (Sherlock Holmes and the Case of the Elusive Ear) premieres on 14 January 2027. David MacGregor’s play is set in London in 1888, where an artist with a mysterious injury turns to Sherlock Holmes. Dr Watson, Irene Adler and several unexpected characters, including a villain linked to Holmes’s past, are drawn into the investigation. The production combines a Victorian detective story, historical hints and humorous situations. The Estonian premiere is directed by Ain Saviauk. The performance lasts 2 hours and tickets are available at full and concession prices.
