The System

"The System" is a suspense drama by Ben Lewis performed in the small hall of Ugala Theatre in Viljandi. The story centres on Jan, who joins a training programme that promises to turn a boy into a man. Two years later he has disappeared, and his sister Maia begins a search that calls into question beliefs that once seemed certain. Andres Noormets's production is based on a BBC radio drama series and uses sound and visual techniques to create a tense atmosphere. The performance lasts three hours and five minutes including an interval, is suitable from age 14 and contains loud sound effects.
