The GOSPA pools and saunas area is on the ground floor of Georg Ots Spa Hotell on Tori Street in Kuressaare. You can visit a warm swimming pool, an outdoor pool heated all year round, a hot tub, and contrast pools with warm and cold water. The saunas include a steam sauna, a traditional löyly sauna and a sanarium; the adults' sauna Sven and an infrared sauna are available on separate terms. Grand Rose spa and sauna centre is in central Kuressaare at the hotel of the same name. Next to the rose-garden-inspired water area there are several types of saunas, including the juniper and birch saunas typical of Saaremaa. Visitors can choose to use the saunas and pools, a sauna ritual, or a separately booked massage, facial or body treatment. The restaurant Rose is in the same building. The spa also suits a day of relaxation without staying at the hotel. Asa Spa water centre is on Pargi Street in Kuressaare, in the Asa Spa Hotell complex. The water and sauna centre has a pool, hot tubs, seven different saunas, a water slide and a quiet relaxation area. It offers both water fun for the whole family and relaxation for adults; body or facial treatments can be chosen separately. Being close to the castle park and the sea makes it easy to combine a spa visit with a walk around Kuressaare.
