Absurd comedy “Superstaar” — Ugala Theatre

Ugala Theatre’s absurd comedy “Superstaar” is performed on 30 October in the theatre’s main hall in Viljandi. In the story written and directed by Andres Noormets, the musician Olle is in a creative crisis when the mysterious Sügis (Autumn) unexpectedly returns to his life. The one-time lifesaver turns his familiar everyday life ever stranger and makes Olle rethink his promises, relationships and personal space. The production combines absurd humour, tense situations and questions about the values of modern people. The cast includes Aarne Soro, Adeele Jaago and Marika Palm. The performance lasts 2 hours 20 minutes including an interval.
