Indoors
“The Fifth Step” is a contemporary drama in the small hall of the Ugala Theatre in Viljandi. The work by Northern Irish playwright David Ireland follows the difficult relationship of two men: Mart has already been through a recovery programme for addiction and is trying to help Lukas, who is just starting out on the same path. The conversations raise questions of honesty, trust, personal boundaries and the influence of the past. Riho Kütsar and Alden Kirss perform in Andres Noormets’s production. The 21 November performance starts at 17.00, earlier than the usual evening time.
